As my readers know, the DEA enacted a new rule regarding cannabinoids. It went into effect on Friday. Although the rule itself pertains to cannabinoids in general, the comments section specifically targeted cannabidiol (“CBD”). I spoke about CBD with Rob Bradley of WLOS news in Asheville, NC, on Friday with my client and friend, Will Oseroff of Blue Ridge Nutritionals.
